Being a Life Strategy Coach doesn’t mean I’m always on top of my game, completely balanced and without my own challenges. Building a website, writing an e-book, getting a newsletter off the ground and securing clients required a great deal of work and commitment.

The past year has been filled with teleclasses, business design, creating, learning, coaching, relationship building and information gathering.

Every moment has been exciting and wonderful and has contributed to providing me with more wisdom, understanding, happiness, and a conscious knowing about what I am here to do and how to best accomplish that task.

Preparation is key for you to quit smoking. Time to review your current lifestyle. This will give you a clear picture of your smoking habit. Once you know all the circumstances under which you smoke, you will know exactly what needs to change for you to succeed.

1. Jot down the occasions you smoke. This will include every cigarette whether you are at work or at home. Do you automatically light up with a coffee? Right after dinner? What types of foods make your cigarette more enjoyable? Does drinking alcohol drive your smoking habit?

Different individuals have various definitions of gospel music. But, for those who believe, this is a way for all to come together as one, honor the times of yore, look ahead to the future, and refurbish our faith. For those who believe, gospel music is a blissful noise for the Lord. It has also been said that gospel music can stir different emotions with its lyrics and tunes; hence, there is an increasing number of gospel music audiences around the world.

But when did gospel music really start? According to some studies, the history of gospel music dates back to the 18th century. This was an era where hymns were usually lined and repeated in a call and response fashion. On

the other hand, the spiritual and work songs of the African slaves came along. These slaves were prohibited from many things and were punished for offending their masters. Such situations did not hinder them from worshipping and learning to create their own worship hymns, however.
